CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: June 21, 2026

Thank you for choosing Neya Nails & Beauty (the "Studio"). Because we provide personalized, custom cosmetic and technical services rather than physical retail goods, our studio enforces a strict cancellation, repair, and refund protocol. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. NO-REFUND POLICY ON COMPLETED SERVICES

  • Finality of Sale: All services provided by the Studio—including custom nail artistry and professional makeup applications—are labor-intensive, tailored, and strictly non-refundable once completed and paid for.

  • Dissatisfaction Mitigation: We dedicate our full attention to your satisfaction during your session. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, you must notify the artist before paying and exiting the premises so we can make immediate adjustments. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued after you leave the Studio.

2. THE 3-DAY NAIL REPAIR GUARANTEE & LIMITATIONS

We stand behind the quality of our structural nail enhancements (including genuine Gel-X systems). We offer a complimentary repair window subject to the following rules:

  • 1 to 3 Damaged Nails: If 1, 2, or 3 of your nails experience lift, chipping, or structural failure within 3 days of your original appointment, you may walk into the studio during operational hours for a complimentary fix.

  • More Than 3 Nails: If more than 3 nails are damaged within this window, the complimentary guarantee is void. In this event, the Studio reserves the right to either refuse complimentary repair service or charge the client standard rates for a nail fix or a brand-new full set.

  • Natural Nail Exclusion Clause: The 3-day complimentary guarantee applies exclusively to product structural failures under normal wear conditions. If the physical breakdown involves trauma or damage to your natural underlying nail, the guarantee is automatically voided, and any subsequent repair work will be fully billable.

3. MAKEUP APPLICATION AND MAINTENANCE POLICY

  • On-Site Review and Approval: For all professional makeup bookings, clients are given a formal opportunity to thoroughly review, adjust, and approve the finalized look in the mirror prior to parting ways.

  • Post-Departure Maintenance: The Studio’s technical and structural liability for a makeup application ends the moment the client exits the Studio premises (or the moment the artist departs the venue for mobile/on-location bookings). Long-term maintenance, smudging prevention, and setting preservation are entirely the client’s responsibility after departure; no touch-up kits, complimentary return visits, or post-session modifications are provided.

4. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

  • Chargeback Policy: All payments made via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash are final. Clients explicitly agree that they will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or digital payment disputes with their banking institutions or financial applications for services successfully rendered, or for validly assessed late fees, late cancellation charges (20%), or no-show penalties (50%).

  • Legal Recourse: The Studio will vigorously contest any fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks by submitting booking logs, signed electronic agreements, and security data to financial institutions. The Studio reserves the right to pursue collection actions or civil claims for recovered funds and associated administrative fees.

5. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS & EMERGENCY PROTOCOL

  • Force Majeure / Studio Emergencies: In the highly exceptional event that the Studio or Andrea must cancel your appointment due to sudden illness, family emergency, or severe weather conditions, standard practice will apply:

    1. The client will be notified immediately via text or email.

    2. No cancellation penalties or fees of any kind will be charged to the client's card on file.

    3. The client will receive absolute priority scheduling to secure the next available preferred opening.
