Welcome to Neya Nails & Beauty (the "Studio"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking platforms, and the purchase of our private nail art and professional makeup services. By booking an appointment with us, you explicitly agree to be bound by the operational and legal policies outlined below.

The Studio is operated by Neya Nails & Beauty, based in Aurora, Colorado.

1. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND FEES

Because we operate strictly by appointment to guarantee a private, exclusive experience, we enforce a structured scheduling policy. By putting a card on file, you authorize the Studio to charge applicable fees in accordance with the rules below:

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: You must notify the Studio to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your card on file will be automatically charged 20% of the total service fee.

  • Late Arrivals & Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you do not arrive within these 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled unless you agree to pay a mandatory $10 late fee and the remaining time allows for the service to be completed.

  • No-Show Penalty: If you fail to show up to your appointment without any prior notice ("no-show"), your card on file will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

2. CLIENT HEALTH, LIABILITY, AND SERVICE GUARANTEES

  • Mandatory Allergy Disclosure: Clients are strictly required to disclose any known skin sensitivities, cosmetic allergies, chemical intolerances, or nail health issues prior to the start of any service. The Studio utilizes premium, industry-standard materials (including genuine Gel-X systems); however, the Studio is not legally liable for any unforeseen or unrecorded allergic reactions to gels, acrylics, adhesives, or makeup products.

  • Nail Service Repair Window: We pride ourselves on meticulous technical work. We offer a complimentary 3-day repair window starting from the day of your appointment. If 1 to 3 nails experience structural failure or damage under normal wear conditions within these 3 days, we will fix them free of charge. Any damage reported after 3 days, or involving more than 3 nails, will be subject to standard repair fees or billed as a new full set.

  • Makeup Application Liability: All professional makeup applications are finalized upon your approval at the end of the session. The Studio’s liability for makeup durability, smudging, or physical alteration ends the moment you exit the Studio premises (or the moment the artist exits the venue for on-location bookings).

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We officially accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash for all settling balances.

  • Price Adjustments: Prices listed on our website or booking software are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, the Studio strictly honors the original pricing locked in at the time a client's appointment was successfully confirmed.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MEDIA RELEASE

  • Website Content Protection: All text, digital layouts, custom nail art designs, studio logos, graphics, and gallery images displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Neya Nails & Beauty and are legally protected under United States copyright laws. Any unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

  • Photography & Media Release: By booking a session, you grant Neya Nails & Beauty a royalty-free, worldwide, permanent license to take and publish close-up photographs or video recordings of your completed nail designs or makeup application. These assets are used exclusively for digital marketing, portfolio compilation, and social media promotion. If you wish to opt out of this release, you must notify the artist explicitly before your service begins.

5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any operational disputes arising between the client and Neya Nails & Beauty shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law principles. Any legal proceedings or claims must be filed and resolved solely in a state court of competent jurisdiction located in Arapahoe County or Adams County, Colorado.
